This Running Routine FIXED My Motivation
📺 In this video, Jens shares his journey of improving his cardio fitness over 30 days. He starts off with a bunch of excuses: it's too late, too cold, and he needs new shoes. But he decides to give it a shot anyway and quickly runs out of reasons not to start.
Jens' fitness level wasn't great, so he followed a plan with slow and fast runs three times a week, plus some HIIT sessions. He kicks off his first run of the year, focusing on staying within specific heart rate zones. Even though he sometimes pushes too hard and has to slow down, Jens adjusts based on his own fitness level and goals.

Great video, i will view again to learn and practice my own skipping. Thoroughly enjoyed watching & i can see the thought and work you put into producing this . 👍☑
Thank you. Best of luck on your jump rope journey!
How long everyday?
G'Day! from Australia. Thanks for covering this festival held at the most isolated city in the world.
Thanks for sharing your weight lost experience. Have you tried those ropeless jumping rope. How much weight did you lose in 30days? I’m jumpin on a rebounder with 1/4 pd weight ropeless rope 20-30mins a day for the last one week. Consuming just one meal, one snack per day. This is my first week. Please let me know your thoughts.
Thank you. I havent tried ropeless. I would do it together with a normal rope and not only ropeless personally. I lost 6.1kg. My rope was around 1/2 pd. 20-30min a day is really good. Is it your total jump time per day? One meal a day is the way to loose weight as quickly as possible. Did you cut fruits and snacks as well?
Animal flow❤my favorite
Interesting watching your video, ive seen probably the same set of videos and wondered what benefits i would have from giving it a go. I would be interested to know your fitness level/flexibility level before you started and how much you specifically practised this each day to get there. Looked good though. Well done and thanks for sharing.
One of the most “natural” vids on the subject. Congrats.
Thank you
Hello, I decided to do rope jumping for more than 30 days, im female and i weight 55kg with 168cm height, im not really overweight but i have a bit of tummy while the rest of my body is kinda skinnier, i used to train in middle school a lot but after i went high school and uni all physical activity stopped for me so i think this would be a great start. I used to weight 67kg in high school but in quarantine i kinda got depressed and stopped eating where I lost all that weight. Recently I stopped eating sweets and snacks, I only eat fruit to get sugar in my blood. Sometimes I do fasting and eat 1 meal per day, but mostly I eat twice a day, and im really trying not to eat anything at night time. The problem is my sleep scheduale is kinda bad and I fall asleep at most random times at night. I will do rope jumping with some mild exercises for my core and the goal is to go from 55 to 50kg hopefully. And to get some physical activity. I'm gonna do it every day i wake up and before sleep for 30min and write my updates here. Day 1: I felt little to no pain during jumping and exercise, but god i sweated so much, water was dripping down my body. Day 2: I feel a bit of pain in my muscles but it's not that bad, still doing it! I feel a bit more energized. Day 3: the pain is so so bad, i can barely lift my arms lol, my legs hurt too, but as soon as i started doing it again pain stopped. Day 4: I made a break cause I had a doctor appointment and had to rest today, so tomorrow I continue the progress! I lost 1kg already. Day 5: did it twice once when i woke up and before bed, my muscles dont hurt anymore as much as they did and i feel more energized. The thing is my mental health is really bad rn and i thought this would help me reduce stress, but i feel even more stressed after working out and going to bed..
Best of luck on your jump rope journey!
@@Pushment Thank you! ❤️
It’s kinda strange it’s being called animal flow since that’s what we are essentially, it’s human flow 😊 but makes sense with everyone thinking human flow is laying on the couch or driving a car😭
I love that your family was doing it too
Thanks for your comment:) I always try to get everyone involved so that we can spend time together whenever possible.
Love me some 8 counts! Burpees are the #1 exercise.
Yeah definitely!
💯 ♥️ 🔥 🤘
Thanks very much!
I wanna do it, but it's not easy for me, because of a bad posture and a body muscle dysmorphy in my shoulders! My left shoulder is significantly higher than the right and I've got a little problem because the right side seems to be worked out more!
Just came here to ask how the FCK is a good grip related to heart health? Wtf are these videos nowadays

THE BEST VIDEO I'VE SEEN SINCE A LONG TIME!! Wow, what a massive effort into the flow. I appreciated the creative editing, the closeups and the funny mood...the final was epic!!!
Thank you so much for Thetis invite feedback and taking your time to comment. We try our best to reflect on our journeys as best as possible and it’s people like you driving us! Thanks mate
This is low key making me wanna put a tv outside
I wanted to try animal flow so bad and your video is such an inspiration, thank you so much for this high quality content
Just finished my 2nd day of 30
but i want to know. did you follow a diet to lose weight too?
yes. See top pinned comment
Burpees are surprisingly body transformative..as well as cardio fitness boosters! Ive been doing 100 a day for the last 2 weeks...sometimes I do 100 a day all in one go..but more often I either perform 10 every minute on the minute for 10 mins..or just do sets of 10 throughout the day (some fast, some deliberately slow to increase time under tension). I know opinions differ on this, but I add either a little jump at the end of mine or a stretch of the arms overhead. My best effort is 100 in 6' 34"..which amazed me! (I'm 64).
What is size of wheels?
20"
@@Pushment Thanks
Respect it. Gotta jump every rep for me to consider it a burpee and to applaud your time.
I do 100 burpees with jump. Isn’t the jump standard burpee?
Really cool editing! This video is so fun to watch, in addition to being motivational.
Very inspiring ! Thanks ! All the best ! MQ
Good video. I installed pipes from our garage ceiling, and incorporated the dead hang to my daily workouts, and though my lower back still has some discomfort, I’m experiencing strength in my grip, and forearms, and some decompression in the rest of my spine, and the pain I was having in my right shoulder is gone.
Thank you. I had similar experience. Lower back takes longer but above the hip level all the way to the grip, it is a wonderful, a must have daily training
so cool viedeo!
Thank you so much!
How is your diet during those 30 days?
I only avoided added sugar., took care of sufficient. Sriram protein and some whey powder additives. Further no alcohol and 2-3 30 min runs after the set of Burpees per week.
Thought you were Alaric from vampire diaries
Haha, that’s funny and first time that I hear about this comparison. Thanks for the comment😅
I love it, another option.
Thank you so much!
Does it fix your back posture??
Upper back definitely. Lower back as well but it takes longer.
@@Pushment all right 👍
This was soooo entertaining 😆
I am glad you enjoyed it. Now it is time to grab your own rope :)
I’m 59 years old and I’m asked quite often what I do to be noticeably fit at my age. Answer - burpees and kettlebells.
Yeah man, confirm the efficiency of it! This training is big in many regards. Thanks for your comment!
Nice video

Wow, thanks for this awesome feedback! Very appreciated and you won’t regret to add those movements. You can find some videos to start with in the video description🤙
best intro ever ;)
Thank you :)
wau super
Vielen lieben Dank!
Good stuff brother! I’m at 118 in 20:00 minutes. I front load my 5 sets of 7 reps per minute then 6 sets for 5 minutes and down to sets of 5 to finish it out!
How did you split your 5 minutes through the day. I saw your first hang was 55 secs, did you rest and go again?
Hi Angela, i have tried to keep at least 15 minutes in between the sets and did around 20-30 sec. in each set to not go to my limit each time. It takes alot of time to get to 5min this way :) but at least for week 1 you should be careful. Week 4 i was doing 45sec holds and ~20min rest.
Bro. That was awesome
Glad you liked it. Cheers mate!
Respekt !!! (Von einem Faltrad - Fahrer). ❤
This is great! Thank you for sharing your progress. Out of curiosity, what videos were you following? I'm inspired 😊
and never mind! you provided ALL THE LINKS! thank you!
Thanks for this awesome feedback and yes we’ve implemented some useful links;) cheers🙏
how many? per training
i did follow grease the groove method. I did very few pullups in one go but multiple times a day. Below is the overall plan i had: Day 1: 2+2+2+2+2+2 Day 2-5: 2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2 Day 5-6: 3+3+3+3+3+3 Day 7-10: 3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3 Day 11: 4+4+4+4+4 Day 12: 4+4+4+4+4+4 Day 13-15: 4+4+4+4+4+4+4+4 Day 17: 5+5+5+5 Day 18-19: 5+5+5+5+5+5 Day 20-21: 5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5 Day 22: 6+6+6 Day 23-24: 6+6+6+6 Day 25-28: 6+6+6+6+6+6 Day 29-30: 6+6+6+6+6+6+6+6
@@Pushment thank you just knew something like that exist, i thought you've done it in hundred times may god bless you!
@@dogodogo5891 my pleasure. Give it a try. Just try to warm up a little before each try. It makes a big difference :)
I’m not hating, but 100 burpees in less than 30 mins seems almost impossible. When you reach 100 you go from 1 hour to 45 mins.
How long did you spend each day doing jump rope like did you do 5 minutes 30 second rest or how does it work as I want to try too sure how long I need to do for to see result. Great content tho bro keep it up!!
Thank you. I did 5-10 Minutes first week and last 3 weeks ~30min a day. when i talk about 5-10 minutes, i mean only jump time. To give a pricese example, a minute of jump time may require 20sec jumping 20 sec pause or even longer pauses in between. You can also divide it into multiple sessions per day. The 30min or 45min jump time at week 4 required for me 2 sessions per day and about 2 hours in total to reach to 45min. Do not push yourself to try to minimize the pauses in between. Especially first week be careful until your joints and muscles get used to it. Once you get used to it, jumping rope becomes a really fun exercise. week 3-4 i was able to watch a tv series or a movie while jumping. Of course without the headphones, since jumping longer with headphones is annoying.
The beginning was hilarious yet this truly is great motivation. Thank you for sharing this!
Thank you. My pleasure :)
Thank you!
Thanks mate!
I just found your channel and I really enjoy the style, pacing, and knowledge imparted. Plus the use of quality data puts you far above any other channel I've seen. Please keep it up!
Love to hear that you enjoy what you‘ve found, thank you for your great feedback! 🙏💪🙂 You’re welcome here all the time, I hope you have a good day!
I get tired too quick then I quit, but I'll try it slower to stay consistent
Yeah, that’s the key. One consistent speed and doubelnd see how fast you will get better! I almost reduced my time by half within 30 days. Just stick to a consistent pace. Try to reach a critical point at 70 reps and fight though the rest. Then you’ll have the right pace
@@Pushment I did 80 reps of diamond burpees last night. It's like a diamond pushup but burpees.
